What this page is for

Articles from Answer Assets, strategy articles and Autopilot all land here. Read, adjust, click publish: the system sends the article to your connected channels and records each channel’s real link. Nothing is published without your action.

When to use it

  • After a "generation finished" notice.
  • To publish an article to your own site or a third-party platform.
  • To look up where an article has been published.

The page

The page title is Content. It is one list, with no sub-tabs.

  • Source filter: All / Autopilot / Strategy / Answer Assets / Other. Articles from a citation-gap brief carry the Counter tag.
  • Search, filter, sort: Search title or prompt; Filter by Authority (high / medium / low); sort by Recently updated, Oldest first, GEO high → low, GEO low → high or Most words.
  • Each row: title, source, status, GEO score, readability, word count, keyword type, authority, content type, version, covered prompts, the Publishing log (published count, planned count, or No publish record; expand it to Plan next or Log one where you published by hand), and Article Detail on the right.
  • Generation queue (bottom right): while generating, shows pending / done / failed counts.

The article page

Top buttons: Back, Edit content (then cancel / save draft), AI edit (describe one change in a sentence; AI changes only that, and Undo this edit reverts it), Copy, copy for LinkedIn, Share (a read-only preview link you can revoke), Publish Now (becomes Publish again after the first publish) and Delete.

Body: word count, reading time and AEO readiness; the cover image can come from Browse Unsplash or Upload image.

Right column: AEO readiness (N / 5; View AEO score detail shows structure, entity clarity, supporting data, length and direct answer), AI suggestions (↻ Re-analyze), In-article FAQ, AEO improvements applied, Grounded on (knowledge base), Published Links and Recommended next steps (for example, ask Google to index it now).

Common tasks

Review and publish an article

  1. In the list, click Article Detail.
  2. Read it through; use AI edit for small changes and Edit content for larger ones.
  3. Click Publish Now and tick platforms. They are grouped as Your channel, Cited sources (by citation volume) and Added. If a platform shows Not connected · publishing will fail, click Set up in Integrations →; you are brought back afterwards.
  4. If the brand name appears very often, you’ll see a warning; for strict platforms tick I understand the warning above and want to publish anyway.
  5. Click Confirm Publish. Your own channels (GitHub, WordPress, Shopify and so on) are published directly and the link is filled in; for third-party platforms the browser extension opens their editor and you click publish there once.
  6. The result banner shows each platform as processing, published (with a link to view it) or failed (with the reason). A brand-new link can take about a minute to open.

Log a manual publish

Expand Publishing log in the list → Log one, and fill in the channel, URL and date. For a planned publish, use Plan next.

Delete and refunds

Delete removes the article from the list; copies already published to a platform are not removed. An AI-agent draft that scores 3/5 or lower, has never been published and is deleted within 24 hours of generation is refunded automatically. An article that scores well can only be removed from the list; add a reason and use Delete & request a refund, and support will review it.

Common questions

The status stays at processing after publishing. For third-party platforms, click publish in the tab that opened. For your own channels, if it’s still processing after a minute, refresh to see the error.

Can one article go to several platforms? Yes. Each platform gets its own record and link, and the button becomes Publish again.

A platform doesn’t appear in the publish dialog. The dialog filters by content type: FAQs only go to Q&A-style channels, and product descriptions and landing pages only to your own site. Only channels enabled under Integrations appear.

What is "Generate with AI agents"? It appears on quickly generated articles and rewrites the article with web research into a more thorough, research-backed version.

If something goes wrong

  • Not connected · publishing will fail: connect the platform under Integrations, then return to the article to continue publishing.
  • A third-party platform rejects the article as too promotional: use AI edit to cut brand mentions, or publish to your own site instead.
  • Content not found or access denied: the article belongs to another project or was deleted; switch projects and look again.
