Projects and Workspace Guide
Citadex's project system lets you monitor multiple brands, websites, or business units from a single account. Each project is an independent monitoring workspace.
What Is a Project?
A project represents one brand or website you're monitoring. It contains:
- Domain and brand entity — The core identity being tracked
- Prompt library — The query bank used for visibility and ranking checks
- Competitors list — Other brands to track for competitive comparison
- Scan history — All AEO scans run on the project's pages
- Alerts — Reputation and visibility alerts specific to this project

Q: What's the difference between a project and a scan?
A scan is a single-page health check at a point in time. A project is an ongoing monitoring workspace that aggregates all your scans, tracks trends, stores your prompt library, and houses your competitors list.
