Citadex offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. All new accounts start with a 3-day free trial of Pro features — no credit card required.

The 3-Day Free Trial
When you create a new account:
- All Pro features are unlocked immediately
- No credit card required during the trial
- On day 4, your account reverts to the Free plan unless you upgrade
- Your data, projects, and settings are preserved
Upgrading to Pro
- Click Upgrade in the bottom of the sidebar, or navigate to Pricing
- Select your plan (monthly or annual; annual saves ~20%)
- Enter your payment details and confirm
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your account is immediately upgraded upon successful payment.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. After 30 days, projects and scan history are purged. Export your data before canceling if you need to preserve it.
Q: Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
Yes. Go to Settings → Billing and click "Switch to Annual Billing." The change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
We offer a refund within 7 days of your initial Pro subscription purchase if you haven't used more than 10 scans. Contact support@citadex.io.
Q: Is there an Enterprise plan?
For teams with more than 5 members or custom needs, contact sales@citadex.io to discuss Enterprise pricing.
