Translate all: read prompts, AI answers and titles in your language

The Translate all button on page toolbars shows prompts, citation source titles, AI answers and more in any of 34 languages, with Show originals to compare. Translation only changes what you read; scans and results stay the same, and it uses no credits.

What it’s for

When you track markets in other languages, prompts, AI answers and page titles are in the local language. Translate all shows them in the language you choose, so you and your team can read them. Translation only changes what you read: scans still ask in the original language, so what the AI engines receive and your results stay the same.

Where you find it

Translate all sits in the toolbar of pages with multi-language content, including Workspace, Prompt Library, Prompt Tracking (with Achievements, Retests and outreach), Citation Sources, Competitors, Answer Assets, Content, AI Traffic (optimization plan, page details), Revenue Attribution, New Project, the notifications panel and shared reports.

How to use it

  1. 1

    Turn it on

Click Translate all in the page toolbar. It translates into your interface language by default.

  2. 2

    Let it finish

A progress window shows, for example, "Translating your prompts into English" and "n of m done". Click Continue in background to close it and keep working.

  3. 3

    Change the language

Once on, the button becomes a language menu (tooltip Translate into) with 34 languages, including English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and Arabic.

  4. 4

    Compare with the original

Turn on Show originals to see the original text under every translation; for prompts, that is the exact text that is scanned.

  5. 5

    Turn it off

Click ✕ (Turn off translation) next to the menu to go back to the originals.

AI answers and long text

AI answers in the evidence view and article bodies have a Translation / Original switch. For an answer not yet translated, click Translate; you see "Translating into …" and can switch back to the original at any time.

Remembered across pages

  • Whether translation is on, the target language and Show originals are remembered in this browser for every page: turn it on in Prompt Tracking and Citation Sources uses the same language.
  • Translations are saved and appear instantly next time, at no credit cost.
  • If a few items fail, the toolbar shows "n could not be translated · Retry"; click Retry.
