Setting Up Competitor Tracking
Competitors are configured per project:
- Go to Project Settings (⚙️ icon in Workspace)
- Find the Competitors field
- Add competitor domains or brand names (up to 10 per project on Pro)
Once configured, competitor data is included in all subsequent Rankings checks.
Reading the Dashboard
Market Share Visualization — How often your brand vs. each competitor is mentioned across your tracked queries. This is your AI Share of Voice by competitor.
Technical Comparison Table — Side-by-side analysis across key AEO dimensions:
- AEO Score — Their estimated structural score vs. yours
- Schema Coverage — Which schema types they have implemented
- Entity Clarity — How definitively they define their brand vs. you
- Visibility Score — Their AI platform mention rate vs. yours
The Gap Column — The most actionable column: for each dimension where a competitor outperforms you, the Gap column quantifies the difference and flags it as a priority action item.
