Team Management — Inviting and Managing Team Members on Citadex
Learn how to invite team members, manage roles, and collaborate on AEO monitoring projects with Citadex's team management features.
Team Management
Pro plan users can add up to 5 team members to their Citadex account.
Inviting a Team Member
- Go to Settings → Team
- Click Invite Member
- Enter the team member's email address
- They'll receive an invitation email with a link to join
- Once they accept, they appear in your team list and can access all your projects
Invitations expire after 7 days. You can re-invite from the Team settings page.
Managing Team Members
From Settings → Team, you can:
- See all active team members (email, joined date)
- Remove a team member at any time
- Re-invite members whose invitations expired
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can team members see billing information?
No. Billing and account settings are only visible to the account owner.
Q: What happens to team member access if I downgrade to Free?
Team access is a Pro feature. If you downgrade, all team members lose access and the account reverts to single-user mode.
Q: Can I set different permission levels for team members?
Currently all team members have the same access level. Role-based access control (RBAC) with granular permissions is planned for a future release.
