Where it is

Sidebar Prompt Tracking → Achievements tab. After every scan, Citadex compares each prompt with before and records improvements as wins and declines as losses. Nothing to log by hand.

The top of the tab

  • The title Optimization Wins and the window (past 30 / 90 / 180 days, 90 by default).
  • A summary line such as “12 improvements — your AEO work is paying off”, and when there are losses, “3 losses need attention”.
  • Filters: All, Gains, Losses.
  • On the right: Get these wins by email every week and Create report.

What each card tells you

  • What happened: a headline plus the numbers, e.g. “Coverage rose from 30% to 70%”.
  • Stability: “Held for n scans”. Held for 3 or more scans in a row shows Stable, otherwise New; losses show Ongoing or Just happened.
  • Why it moved: which engines started (or stopped) mentioning you, and related actions before it, e.g. “Article “…” published 9/3”, “Fix task “…” added”, “Retest “…” started”.
  • Visits: with AI traffic connected, “n AI visits since · n conversions”; hover for “28 days before: n”.

View evidence

Click View evidence on a card to see the before and after for that prompt:

Goals

The Goals panel in Achievements gives a group of prompts a target and tracks progress.

  1. 1

    Create a goal

Click + Set a goal, or tick prompts in Tracked and click Set a goal to start with those prompts.

  2. 2

    Fill it in

Goal name, Prompts (search, filter by market, select all), Measure (Average coverage / Engines that mention you / Average rank), Target and Deadline, then Save goal.

  3. 3

    Follow progress

Each goal shows its current value and, projected from the last 30 days, “At the current pace: reached …”. If that lands after the deadline it says so; with no movement it says “Not moving toward the target in the last 30 days” and lists the prompts that are Behind.

  4. 4

    Reach it

When the target is met the goal shows Reached and a Goal reached card appears in Achievements. Archive goals you no longer need.

Up to 10 goals can be active at once.

Weekly wins email and win notifications

  • Weekly email: click Get these wins by email every week; it changes to Wins emailed every Monday. Every Monday you get the past 7 days of wins and the losses that need attention. You can also pick email or Slack under Settings → Email Notifications → Weekly wins digest (Mondays).
  • Win notifications: when a headline win appears (first time in AI answers, coverage crossed 50%, new citation, beat competitor intercept, article worked and so on), the bell at the top right gets a notification. No setup needed.

Results report

Create report makes a share link for a client or your manager.

  1. 1

    Choose the type

Under Report type, choose Results report (what changed and improved over a period). First diagnosis report is for a pitch or a new client.

  2. 2

    Choose the content

Period (Last month, Month to date, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Custom), Market, Report language (34 languages), Quote the AI for each win, Include losses that need attention, Use my brand (white label) (Agency or Enterprise plan) and Account manager’s note (optional).

  3. 3

    Set up the link

Link expires (7 days, 30 days, Never) and Password (optional), then Create.

  4. 4

    Share it

When it says Report created, use Copy link or Open. In the report, Download PDF saves a PDF.

A report covers: an executive summary, the visibility trend with this period’s actions marked, the competitor benchmark, results per AI engine, pages cited by AI (with AI-referred visits in the 28 days before and after each page was first cited), a by-market table, business impact, what was done, goal progress, next steps and a method note. A report is frozen when created; later scans don’t change it.

Reports made lists earlier links with their view counts; Turn off stops a link. To preview the format, click View a sample report (made-up data). Results reports are part of paid plans.

FAQ

Why wasn’t a change recorded as a win? Wins are counted per prompt from real changes between scans, so a small swing doesn’t count. Use “Held for n scans” to judge stability.

Why is there no visit data on a card? Connect your data in AI Traffic first.

Can the report be in a different language from my interface? Yes. Report language is chosen separately, so the client reads it in their own language.
