How It Works
- Get your link — Find it in Settings → Affiliate Program
- Share with your audience — Post on social media, newsletters, your blog, or YouTube
- They subscribe — A referred user signs up and purchases a plan; your commission tracking begins
- Get paid monthly — Commissions accumulate and are paid on the 1st of each month
Your referral link sets a 30-day tracking cookie. If a referred user subscribes within 30 days, the sale is attributed to you.

Q: Is the affiliate program open to everyone?
The affiliate program is open to all registered Citadex users. No minimum follower count or traffic requirement.
Q: Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals are tracked and disqualified.
Q: What if a referred customer requests a refund?
Commissions for refunded purchases are reversed. If a refund occurs before you've been paid out, the commission is deducted from your balance.
Q: Can I use paid advertising to promote my affiliate link?
Yes, with one exception: you may not bid on branded keywords ("Citadex") in paid search. All other advertising methods are permitted.
