Service Description 販売するサービスの内容	Citadex is an AI Engine Optimization (AEO) SaaS platform that monitors, analyzes, and optimizes brand visibility across AI-powered search engines and large language models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.).
Selling Price 販売価格	Starter Plan: $59/month (or $49/month billed annually) Pro Plan: $159/month (or $119/month billed annually) Business Plan: $399/month (or $299/month billed annually) All prices are displayed in USD. Prices are clearly indicated on the pricing page before purchase.
Additional Costs サービス価格以外の必要料金	No additional fees beyond the subscription price. Internet connection fees and device costs required to use the service are borne by the customer.
Payment Method 支払方法	Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, etc.) via Stripe
Payment Timing 支払時期	For monthly plans: charged on the subscription start date and recurring monthly on the same date. For annual plans: charged on the subscription start date and recurring annually on the same date. Free trial: 3-day free trial available. If not cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription will begin and the first charge will be applied.

Free Trial 無料トライアル	3-day free trial with full Pro plan access. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Cancellation & Refund Policy キャンセル・返金ポリシー	You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the initial subscription payment for annual plans. Monthly plans and renewals are non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
